    It will consume the data in sys.stdin for cgi script. So if the data in sys.stdin is not all attrbute=value like data, do not directly use this method. As after calling this method, all other data will get lost as well. The solution is to read the data from sys.stdin manully to get additional info and use cgi.parse to parse the data. cgi.parse is also global see detail at its description

    fp should have a file like access interface, use StringIO to encapsulate string to a file. This function will store previous call results. So the parsed result will accumulate. For example, after parse 'a=b', call it again with 'c=d' will get the result {'a':'b','c':'d'}. This function will not identify '?'. For example, parse 'add?a=b' will get the result {'add?a':'b'}
