Dad, writer, engineer, inventor, dreamer and a little bit of everything else you can image. Well except serial killer and accountant. I can make a mountain out of a mole hill or a mole hill out of a mountain.
I am interested in My favorite music are What ever is Good. Movies: Gladiator,Troy,Anger Management,Bridgette Jone's Diary.
I use Diigo because Diigo is one of the most useful and perhaps underutilized innovations on the Web. The potential for Diigo to expand research and commentary is extraordinary.

Yahoo! announced not long ago the release of the new Yahoo!Search open platform. This is an important step for Yahoo!, which joins this way the search engines’ movement towards the “semantic web.”

We’ve written about companies like Weebly and SynthaSite which want to give the average Joes the tools to create their own good looking websites without hiring a designer or writing a line of CSS or HTML. But this trend is extending.

Florii - The Romanian Palm Sunday on 2008-04-23
-
One of the most beautiful is the “Florii” - the Palm Sunday (Duminica Floriilor) – which is the Sunday before Easter (Sunday the 20th April this year). The holiday has roots before Christianity, in the pagan rituals of Floralia (dedicated to goddess Flora, the goddess of flowers).
The Roman festival of Floralia is dated in 238 B.C and it used to take place around May 1st. During the five days of the festival, the participants wore flowers in their hair, conducted various rituals of fertility, played games and set the animals free. It was a celebration of the Spring and many of its traditions were adopted and kept by the Christianity. The very name “Florii” reminds of Floralia and the Christian celebration reminds a lot of its pagan counterpart.

Romania Easter Traditions on 2008-04-23
-
Orthodox Easter this year is 27-28th April - at the end of next week. So the next entries will be dedicated to Romanian Easter traditions you are probably not familiar with.
Easter is the most important religious celebration in my country. Its traditions go beyond the Christian dogmas, to pagan rituals, myths of creations and symbols of life.
I am not going to talk about the preparations in detail. I give you another gift instead: a legend and Romanian painted eggs.

Diigo 3.0: The all-powerful personal, social bookmarking service | Webware : Cool Web apps for everyone on 2008-03-27
-
I was impressed by the preview I got in September of the bookmarking and Web annotation tool Diigo 3.0. It's taken the company until this morning to release this version to the public. In the interim the team has added features and tweaked the design. It's been worth the wait. This is a powerful and deep tool for serious Web users.

6 Ways to Turn Diigo Into a Traffic Booster : Top Hosting Center on 2008-03-27
-
Diigo is not your average social network. Given its strong focus on effective research, most users are there to keep tracks of the domains they’re keen on. Unless you are able to create tons exquisite content on quite a few hot tags of Diigo, just bookmarking your own articles won’t get you very far. So what other ways are there to use Diigo as a traffic generator?

» Crap versus Quality at Techcrunch on 2008-03-22

n this comedy of errors, what we can say is that Diigo is worthwhile. As for Techcrunch, maybe Michael should start monitoring his authors’ performance before somebody marginalizes a truly great innovation.
Come on, Michael; keep waving the stars and stripes rather than Maggie’s old drawers!
