    A ranking will be given to each risk. A numerical rating will be assigned. (See chart to follow.) Once the risk has a numerical rating the team will respond the higher risks with planning and the lower risks will be dealt with if they occur. The matrix below helped Joint Creative Design assign a quantitative value to each risk. The “Probability x Impact = Expected Value” formula is used for each risk.

Be more specific with the rapid prototyping elements. You have them listed above. How will they be used for quality assurance. Summative evaluations will not be used. Describe more of the formative evaluation. Not a lot more, but elements that you will be using.
