Use colors to signify level of importance
One way to
demonstrate the level of importance of various tasks is to assign colors to each
activity based on their level of importance. This will in turn remind them of
which ones are of the higher priority and lower priority.

When children make smart decisions in
their time management they should be rewarded. One way to do this is to give
them extra play time or reward them with treats.
