Sydney-based barrister Marcel Victor Sahade has applied his legal expertise to cases of criminal law,commercial and equity law,land and environmental issues,and appellate advocacy. Admitted to the bar in March 1995,Marcel Victor Sahade has served as a practicing barrister in New South Wales for 15 years and is a longtime member of the New South Wales Bar Association and of Sydney’s Trust Chambers.

Prior to establishing his own practice,Marcel Victor Sahade graduated from the Barristers and Solicitors Admission Boards (now combined into one entity called the Legal Practitioners Admissions Board),completing his legal studies in only two years after proceeeding at an accelerated rate. Marcel Victor Sahade’s academic accomplishments include earning his undergraduate degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Sydney in 1994. Before that,Marcel Victor Sahade received a formal secondary education at Waverley College,where he was nominated Captain of Debating for the School. Marcel Victor Sahade received the DP Taylor Debating Shield and won the Br Cryan Debating Competition and the City of Sydney Eisteddfod Debating Competition.

As a member of the New South Wales Bar Association,Marcel Victor Sahade contributes to a 100-plus year-old association committed to creating and enforcing statewide rules regarding the legal profession and encouraging networking among practitioners. As a member of Trust Chambers,Marcel Victor Sahade collaborates with a group of 17 barristers who practice in both criminal and civil jurisdictions.
