Durant les cinq dernières années, certaines investigations menées sur ces cellules ont été animées autour d'un point commun : les récepteurs olfactifs.



En effet, la connaissance de ces récepteurs est apparue nécessaire pour comprendre les mécanismes moléculaires de la réception olfactive. Nous avons pu constater que les gènes codant pour ces récepteurs sont regroupés sous forme de plusieurs clusters répartis dans l'ensemble du génome et qu'ils constituent la plus grande famille multigénique du génome. On a pu noter également la capacité de ce répertoire à évoluer suivant l'environnement pour s'adapter probablement aux conditions de vie des animaux. Chez la plupart des espèces, l'expression de ce répertoire dans le tissu olfactif est régulé de manière à ce qu'un seul allèle soit exprimé par neurone et ceci dans une des quatre zones de l'épithélium olfactif. Par ailleurs, l'identification des ORs, dans d'autres tissus que l'épithélium olfactif, a soulevé de nouvelles questions sur d'autres fonctions remplies par ces protéines.

Medications can interfere with smell and taste, and should be

It is safer than conventional sodium phosphate-based gut cleansing compositions, and hence can be used for patients who would be at risk with sodium phosphate-based compositions, and is better tolerated than conventional PEG-based compositions, leading to better patient compliance and enabling effective out-patient use.

The theory has its pros and cons. Personally, I don't remember the sixties as a small-breasted era but rather as one when the profile of the breast shifted from the coniferous to the deciduous (hence Penelope Tree). The Wonderbra, introduced in the States in 1994, immediately gave rise, as it were, to a number of copies, imitations, and variants and continues to sell at a brisk clip, with 1998 retail figures of $100 million. Curves -- a high-tech silicone falsie, which also immediately gave rise to a number of copies, imitations, and variants -- has sold more than five hundred thousand pairs, generating $50 million in retail sales.

In fact, I would say that if there is one thing that feminism has had no impact on whatsoever, it is body image on an individual level.
