- He’s already received a 3 year offer from one anonymous team but his agent Paul Kinzer will probably shop the stop around more since about 10 other teams have at least made interests known. And guess who’s one of them? A team the Braves match up well with.
- But what are the chances of the Braves landing Furcal? I know it would make a lot of Braves fans happy to have their former ROY shortstop of 2000-2005.

- - I would hate to see Furcal leave the Dodgers. He's a great hitter and been a productive lead off hitter.
    
    I just don't think we're interested in keeping damaged goods. He played with an ankle injury for most of '07, probably should have gone on DL. He had the back thing this year. His return was really to short to tell, but it looks like it will be OK.
    
    Good luck if you get him back.
