Step 1, 在McAfee 的資料夾中找到 sasets.ini 並開啟它

Step 2, 在 saset.sini 中找到 [msnmsgr.exe]

Setp 3, 將原先 Enabled=1 改成 Enabled=0

Setp 4, 存檔, 然後關閉MSN後,再開啟MSN, 這樣就可以了!!

其次，“家属决定权”存在过大的问题。家属通常会考虑患者的利益，并且也会积极听从医生的建议，但有一些家属出于认知的原因，他们并不同意医生的观点，从而错失抢救的时机；甚至不排除一些家属有致患者于死地的故意。

In a sneaky move, Flickr is muscling artists into oblivion by marking their accounts 'NIPSA' -- 'Not in Public Areas'. It means that you can't find that artist's works by searching on Flickr. You can only see them in groups they belong to. And they're doing this without notifying the artists. This story outlines their poor public relations.
