I'm a professor of law and public policy. I served 34 years in the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve. I've been a lawyer, a judge, a college professor, and a rock 'n' roll disc jockey. I have several hometowns: Jefferson City, Mo.; Albuquerque, NM, and Sacramento, CA.
