    • Hi! This is me, Holly, Mark's daughter. Dad's trusted me to write his blog for a few days, hopefully it will be as good as Lily's!

On Saturday for breakfast Dad had pineapple, two slices of toasted brown bread and olive spread. Then it was parents morning for Mum and Dad. Very nerve-wracking for me!

Then Dad went to England vs Ireland Rugby. He met up for lunch with friends and ate smoked salmon to start and then salmon for main. That's how serious he is about this diet, he eats two courses of fish. For dessert he had cheese and drank Pinot Noir. When he got to the ground he drank some beer. England won 33-10. He went to the Cardinal Vaughn car park to meet John Banks and friends where he drank St. Julien wine and ate two sausages in baguette.

In the afternoon I went for a sleep over with my best friends. For dinner Mummy and Daddy had tacos while my friends and I tucked into Chinese. After dinner Daddy supposedly ate some Green and Black's chocolate.

On Sunday morning Daddy had a bacon sandwich with orange juice and tea. While I came home like the living dead after a couple of hours sleep, he worked on the computer. For lunch he had tuna wraps with salad. After lunch he did more work. For dinner we had a traditional Sunday dinner - chicken, stuffing, mash, roast potatoes, leeks, peas, carrots, broad beans and for pudding Daddy had ice cream (only a little!).

Anyway, hope everyone enjoyed reading my "contribution" to Daddy's diet.

      Happy dieting!

      Love Holly

  • Coca-Cola Conversations on 2009-04-16
    • If you’ve been watching the college basketball championship over the past few weeks, you have probably seen the two Coke Zero commercials that were filmed at The World of Coke. In one of the commercials, brand manager "Matt" is caught drinking a Coke Zero in his office. We went down to the World of Coke to speak with the people who actually work in the spaces where the commercial was filmed: Vickie Blocker, Inventory Control Manager, and Sybil Lee, Event Coordinator. You can watch the commercial here, and the interview below:

You’re right, hopefully that’s where we go next with the study. Thanks for the thoughts.

  • Truck Trader UK | Trucking News | BP Distributors In The Netherlands to Deliver AdBlue From GreenChem - (july 2005) on 2009-02-04
    • Most BP distributors in the Netherlands are to become official dealers for GreenChem AdBlue Solutions, the Dutch-based company which is developing an AdBlue supply network in 22 European countries.

The BP distributors involved will cooperate with GreenChem for the delivery of AdBlue and AdBlue storage and filling equipment. The development means that availability of AdBlue in the Netherlands has now achieved national coverage through these BP branded distributors.

The availability of AdBlue is critical for truck operators since most truck manufacturers have chosen the new SCR/AdBlue technology, which uses AdBlue to achieve the stringent new Euro 4 and Euro 5 emission standards.
