F. Bradshaw....I needed a book very quickly for a college class that I was assigned to teach with less than a week's notice. Therefore because of the quick service that I have always received from Amazon, I ordered a book at a great price from your website. I have included the ordering information below. I ordered this book Greetings from Amazon.com on August 15, 2008 with a charge that appeared immediately on my card. Although I tried repeatedly to contact the Better World Book business, I received an automatic email that promised "a real human" would contact me soon. After two weeks of stalling my students, I drove to Barnes and Noble in Lousiville and purchased the book.

I sent several emails to the Better World Book business and kept receiving emails that the book would arrive by September 23rd which was unacceptable anyway. Over a month? I don't think so in this day and age. BUT....I had to email the company this week and request my refund after all this time. Only today did I received a confirmation from Amazon citing a refund. I know that I will not be buying from this company again. I would consider evaluating this company from your excellent service. In reading the ratings, they have not performed very well for numerous customers.
