I'm learning new literacies as an educational consultant in Raleigh; I write and produce educational and environmental videos, develop online/inworld professional development, serve as a special distance learning consultant for NCDPI/USDLC, and teach as an adjunct assistant professor at NC State.
I use Diigo because Diigo rocks! I love the group function. I just think it's the best all-around social bookmarking tool I've found for individual educators or PLCs (professional learning communities). I also use it a lot in my grad classes -- PLCs in themselves.
