hink the infantilise doctors when they should be moving towards independent practice. So much of what I learnt as a PRHO and SHO can’t be written down, and wouldn’t have fitted into any of the required boxes of a portfolio anyway. It is working with skilled experienced colleagues that is important, and the portfolio may be an obstacle to gaining the most from this.
