        Perhaps people are in love with the idea of teaching. They imagine a 7-3 job with summers off and laughing childeren with appreciative and devoted parents but when reality finally catches up to them they realize that it isn't quit what college makes it out to be. Thank goodness not everyone is cut out for this job or we might not have one.
        To comment on Heather's comment I think its terrific that the woman realized right from the beginning that the job wasn't right for her. Imagine how much the kids would have suffered if she had decided to stay. not to mention her mental suffering.
