I am a high school history teacher in Brisbane, Australia.
I am interested in History, honesty, writing poetry, improving as an educator.. My favorite music are Jarvis Cocker,Pulp,Coldplay (it's commercial I know but I like it),Scissor Sisters,Radiohead,David Bowie, inter alia.. Movies: Tear-jerkers. Honestly.. TV: ABC and SBS. No bogan programmes.. Books: Books on history, politics, sociology (not too theory-based),ideas.. My Heros are I think that should be spelt 'heroes'. All the people who overcame their own myopic, selfish view of the world and through patience, truthfulness and strength of character made something more out of their life in the service of others. And Jarvis..
I use Diigo because It's a great way to organise the net and help develop my students' researching abilities. And look like a dynamic educator.
