Our dining/conference conversion
tops can be made to fit any pool table, but some tables are better suited than
others because their height can be adjusted and they offer more leg room. A standard
pool table with conversion top will be too high for comfortable seating (33"
to 34"), but the height of many of our custom tables can be reduced by 2"
to 3". The Lyrica, shown below, is the model best suited by design to accept
a dining/conference conversion top

It’s ditto to the Diigo sidebar. However, Diigo sidebar has some edge over Sidewiki with support for searching your library of bookmarks and option to view annotations for a page different than the current URL.
