Alan Levine's Running Blog - he is an encourager to me on this new running thing that I'm enjoying. I'm not "good" at running. But I am running - consistently around 3-6 miles per week - it has been tough lately with the weather and I've been having to do bench aerobics, etc. but hey, I'm up and moving! So, there are a lot of us out here who are working out and trying to keep in shape.
Thanks, Alan, for being part of the "group" on daily mile and helping us other newbies at running and the gadgetry that goes along with it. You rock.
