I attended a campaign school in Washington DC recently. The FEC (Federal Election Commission) rules governing how you receive and account for campaign cash are mind numbing. It's NOT as a easy as putting up a paypal button and asking for donations. (Well it is but you'll be busted). State rules are different so please pay attention and do your research.
