• Serving U.S troops could face prison if they fall pregnant while active

• A top US commander is threatening soldiers who fall pregnant on active service with jail.
• Under the new policy, troops expecting a baby face court martial and a possible prison term – and so do the men who made them pregnant.
• And the rule applies to married couples at war together, who are expected to make sure their love lives do not interfere with duty.
• Usual US Army policy is to send pregnant soldiers home from combat zones within 14 days.
• But Major General Anthony Cucolo, who runs US operations in northern Iraq, issued the new orders because he said he was losing too many women with critical skills.
• He needed the threat of court martial and jail time as an extra deterrent, he said.
• All troops under his command are covered by the extension to the military’s legal code – the first time the US Army has made pregnancy a punishable offence.

  Active soldiers who fall pregnant would be imprisoned under new proposals
• 'I've got a mission to do, I'm given a finite number of soldiers with which to do it and I need every one of them,' Maj Gen Cucolo said.
• 'So I'm going to take every measure I can to keep them all strong, fit and with me for the twelve months we are in the combat zone.'
• Married soldiers on active service should either put their love lives on hold or take precautions. It was a 'black and white' issue, he said.
• Legal experts said the policy raised serious ethical questions.
• 'Here you really have issues that go to the core of personal integrity: reproductive rights,' said Eugene Fidell, who teaches military law at Yale Law School and is president of America’s National Institute of Military Justice.
• The prohibition was fraught with 'a mare’s nest of legal, ethical and policy issues' highlighting the discord between personal autonomy and military needs, he said.
• 'You have to assume it’s in response to a number of incidents that have caused female GIs to be sidelined at a time when they can’t be spared.' Maj Gen Cucolo commands the US Army’s division north in Iraq, including Balad, Mosul, Tikrit, Samarra and Kirkuk.
• Court martial for pregnancy is not an Army-wide policy but division commanders have the authority to impose such restrictions, a Pentagon spokesman said.

• Under Maj Gen Cucolo's order, troops also are prohibited from 'sexual contact of any kind' with Iraqi nationals.
  

  And they cannot spend the night with a member of the opposite sex, unless married or with express permission.
• The order outlines 20 barred activities, mostly to keep order and stem criminal activity, such as selling a weapon or taking drugs.

• But other restrictions aim to stop soldiers leaving their unit short- handed, including becoming pregnant or undergoing elective surgery that would prevent their deployment.
  

  The order does not specify how long any jail term should be.

• 'When a soldier becomes pregnant or causes a soldier to become pregnant through consensual activity, the redeployment of the pregnant soldier creates a void in the unit and has a negative impact on the unit’s ability to accomplish its mission,' an Army spokesman said.
  

  'Another soldier must assume the pregnant soldier’s responsibilities.'
• British Army policy is to send pregnant troops home, a Ministry of Defence spokeswoman said.

• I deployed to Iraq in 2007 with the 3rd ID. As a commander, my hands were extremely tied in regards to my Soldiers getting pregnant. Pregnant Soldiers have 72 hrs (not 14 days), to leave country. We were not allowed to ask who "knocked them up", or any of the details. It was all private due to "HIPPA".  
   
  This policy is long overdue, but it seems unforceable and falls short on scope. 
   
  Soldiers who go home on R&R, are they going to be given the standing order not to procreate when they go home? Is that even fair or legal? You can't pinpoint the date of a Soldiers pregnancy (due to science and privacy), so it's impossible to say if she got pregnant in combat, or on R&R.  
   
  Furthermore, this policy will be used primarily against married Soldiers; you could legitimately pinpoint who got who pregnant. Can't do that with unmarried Soldiers. So is that fair?  
   
  Finally, when I was there from 2007 to 2009, the medical clinic handed out condoms left and right; like they condone it.

• It is about time! Women have wanted the responsibilty that comes from serving in the military for years and now they have it. It is unfair and contrary to good order to have a serviceperson able to "opt out" of service by a voluntary action. I was in the last class of Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, FL that was all men. It became quite common for women to accept the billet (and denying that billet to a qualified man), accept the estimated $100,000 education in nuclear engineering, and then become pregnant and choose to leave the service. In those days women had a choice on whether to leave or not. They then took their new skills to the private sector and more money.  
  During the first Gulf War the USS Arcadia had so many pregnant sailors on board awaiting transfer back to the states (having to be replaced by someone else) that the ship was nicknamed the "Love Boat". 
  Getting pregnant for both parties is voluntary and both parties should be held accountable.

• but let's not forget that another theory used to explain the extreme fear reaction people have during bigfoot encounters
• is that the creature releases certain pheromones that act upon us to create fear.
• I just found an article that discusses our own (US) defense department's attempt to discover a "fear hormone" to use against human beings.
• Possibly, bigfoot has already found this by way of natural selection.
• Here's the "money graph":
• Pheromones are effective in minute quantities, so a wide area can be blanketed with just a few liters. Given sufficient concentration, would everyone exposed start suffering from an unidentifiable dread? The contagious aspect means that those affected would start churning out fear pheromone as well.
• On its own, the alarm pheromone probably would not do much. But given an external trigger, such as a loud noise, it could influence people to start stampeding like spooked cattle.
• Given we already know that bigfoot will deliberately make some big sounds when humans are nearby, ie, branch snaps, yells, screams, or do things that are frightening enough in themselves,
• could these behaviors be part of a strategy to cause inordinate fear?
• though they turn out to be harmless, like throwing rocks or shaking trees,
• With the help of either infrasound, or pheromones, or both, adding in the noise or other frightening stimulus might be enough to send us all out of the woods in a hurry.

• We are simply at a point in our history where the US military may very well decide to take over running the country.
• The reasons for that are legion.
• I think the possibility of a military coup de tat in the United States is the highest it has ever been in our history.
• The reason they will do this is not to save the American Republic, which died in October of 2008 with the first Wall Street and bank bailout votes.
• No it will be at a more basic level: to save the territorial integrity and lives of Americans.
• The US military may very well decide that they need to assume direct control in order to prevent a combination of economic collapse, social collapse and military collapse.
• We should begin at the beginning as they say.
• The reason for any potential US military coup is simple.
• If the military thinks they can do a better job than the civilian leadership they will stage a coup ; if not, the military will avoid a coup.
• An analysis of the current situation in the USA provides a clearer explanation for any potential military coup.
• The first rule of military coups is they rarely, if ever, happen unless the civilians have mucked things up so badly the military is required to intervene.
• Historically, military people want to have as little to do with politics as they can, at least in the Western nations.
• As long as the system runs along smoothly, the politicians aren't complete idiots and the people are relatively content, the military is more than happy to stay in their barracks.
• It is only when things head south the military gets involved.
• In 1973 Chile elected a Marxist egghead named Allende, who promptly began to impose a Marxist dictatorship on Chile. The military moved against him and imposed a military dictatorship under Pinochet.

• Their function is to protect the society and by doing that to protect themselves.
• The function of our Imperial US military is no longer to protect the American Republic.

• We have a situation where the civilian leadership is discredited, incompetent and allowing Americans to be killed with impunity inside the USA by terrorists. Such is the current state of America.
• At all levels of our culture, our economy, our daily lives we are besieged and overwhelmed by the stupidity of political correctness.
• PC will either be the death of us, or the causative agent for a military coup de tat.
• We are not quite there yet. The military has not given up hope.

• The system manages to issue enough debt to maintain the social order long enough for the November elections.
• The Republicans stomp the Democrats. Early in 2011 the Republicans attempt to reverse our Marxist in chief's agenda, with varying results.
• The only certain result is a bitterly divided country: 25% of Obama's true believers versus 25% armed militia, with the rest caught in the middle.
• Or the Republicans betray the voters and make few changes.
• The military is also caught in the middle as the rhetoric intensifies with charges of racism and anti semitism and the like.
• In 2011 the Taleban kick the USA out of Afghanistan. In the USA itself militant Islam openly attacks with impunity due to the political correct dogmas of Obama and his ilk.
• We lurch through 2011 in a state of profound crisis at all levels of our society.
• The Southern Poverty Law Center issues hysterical press releases about Nazis everywhere. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton start howling about racism. Everybody is screaming at each other about everything.
• As the USA heads into 2012 the nation is fundamentally flawed at all levels.
• Social anarchy is everywhere as rioting urbanites protest service cuts.
• Government, when it functions at all, is at a bare minimum.
• The US military watches helplessly as it is defeated overseas, forced to flee with its tail between its legs back to the USA where Obamabots openly attack it for racism, incompetence and blame the defeats on them.
• The military watches helplessly as the domestic social order frays under the economic and racial tensions of 2012.
• And as the election cycle builds up the military simply acts.
• It will act since the social order is breaking down. It will act since the system cannot deal with the crisis. It will act because the military is the power of last resort. When all else fails, the military will step in.
• The USA military simply tells Obama he is through.
• The US military simply takes over and removes all the Obamabots from the government.
• The military declares martial law for 6 years and then simply starts doing things.
• The military declares the US border sealed and sends the 82nd Airborne, showing on television the airborne drop, to the Texas border.
• The military issues execution orders for all terrorists in captivity, along with child molesters and anybody on death row.
• The military sends 1000 troops to Wall Street and begins arresting the heads of Goldman Sachs, AIG and others.
• The military deals with the usual riots by blacks and others in the cities by simply sealing them off and cutting water, food and power to them. After three weeks all organized opposition to the military coup collapses, since the armed militia made no attempt to fight the military.
• They are paraded live on television to crowds of jeering onlookers.
• The military arranges a summit of all the constitutionalist, populist, militia and patriot groups and finds strong support for its military coup de tat.
• As Muslims are rounded up for deportation; as political liberals flee the country for France, large numbers of Americans have no concern over the military coup. In fact, many welcome it.
• Whenever Hollywood types show up to protest the execution of child molesters for instance, they are savagely beaten by enraged mobs.
• The military takes direct control of all media outlets and simply replaces all the mainstream media people en mass.
• Within 90 days of the military coup de tat life has returned to normal. or what passes for normal in the USA.
• The American people neither notice or care as long as American Idol keeps running.
• The borders have been sealed, illegal immigrants and Muslims among others have either left the country or been kicked out.
• The Federal Reserve has been abolished as the military begins the process or reindustrializing the USA.
• The elite will have either fled, been imprisoned or executed by the military government in an effort to maintain its popularity.
• Like I said, large sections of the American populace will support the coup wholeheartedly. The ones who don't will either flee, be arrested or keep very quiet.
• However, the military coup will remain in power because it will have the support of the armed militias and the troops.
• The 1.25 million weapons being sold per month since Obama took power will be held by people sympathetic to the goals of a military coup.
• The coup will be launched by Constitutionalist and patriot elements inside the US military, mostly below the level of Colonel I think, when they judge the social chaos has reached the point of collapsing the country.
• When these final conditions are met, not now in 2010, but in 2012, the US military will move quickly and decisively to take power and save the USA from imploding.
• The military, as Rush Limbaugh put it so well, is designed to "break things and kill people."
• It is only a matter of time, in my opinion, before the US military decides it has had enough of Obama and his Obamabots, enough of Americans openly being murdered by Militant Islam inside the USA and enough of the politically correct idiocy which does nothing.
• When the economic conditions are dire enough, the armed militias angry enough and the military fed up enough things will flow together and create the ideal conditions for a military coup de tat.

• The military will move if conditions get bad enough in order to save the territorial integrity of the US, as well as its basic social framework.
• By the way, the military government will not be racist per se, but they will be merit based and have no tolerance for the types of deviant behavior common in minority communities.
• In other words, you will not get shot because you are Black or Hispanic: you will get shot because you are a drug selling, gang banging, rapist thug.
• This will render Jesse Jackson et all out of business.
• They will apply the military method of merit based race relations to the general populace.
• One of the major reasons for the success of the military coup de tat is that they will actually deliver on racial equality, unlike the racist Obama whose plan was to pit all racial groups against each other to implement his Marxist dictatorship.
• Criminal members of minority communities will be held accountable for their deviancy, but opportunity will be unlimited for those who play by the rules.
• Illegal aliens will be hunted down and deported, but legal refugees will feel no fear.
• Such policies will make the military government quite popular; as I said the liberal PC morons will simply leave the USA, shut up, or be beaten to death when they show up to demonstrate.
• The key is the response of the armed militia.
• I don't believe the armed militia would take up arms against a military government which was sealing the border and deporting illegal aliens, arresting the whores on Wall Street and kicking Muslims out of the USA.
• Nearly 20 million personal weapons have been sold since Obama was anointed, along with 10 Billion rounds of ammo.
• The USA had 9 million in the military during World War Two. The armed militia is now twice as big as the entire US military in World War Two.
• The US military can either fight the armed militia, or they can incorporate its views in a National Salvation type of government.
• In particular, any military government which executed the head of Goldman Sachs on live television would remain in power for a generation at least. No doubt about that at all in my view.
• I believe the US military will do the later and be hugely popular.

• WHAT'S REALLY GOING   ON IN HAITI?

• People   of goodwill everywhere are rightly sympathetic to the plight of hundreds   of thousands of innocent Haitians in the aftermath of the terrible earthquake   that rocked the island country.
• Private donations and volunteer efforts   are pouring into Haiti from all over the globe—especially from   the United States.
• This is a good thing, right? So, why am I troubled?
• Simply   put, I cannot remember such an all-out "relief effort" by   our nation's military and government forces following a natural disaster   anywhere—ever!
• Not even New Orleans, Louisiana, and surrounding   Gulf Coast communities here in the homeland received the kind of attention   from Washington, D.C., that Haiti is receiving.
• According   to Agence France-Press (AFP), "The US military is ramping up its   mission in quake-hit Haiti, with 20,000 US troops expected to operate   on ground and offshore by Sunday [January 24], the US commander overseeing   the region said."
• No   doubt, this would include ships and personnel from the USS Carl Vinson   carrier group.
• Cost to US taxpayers to send an entire carrier group—along   with more than 20,000 (so far) military personnel—to Haiti already   numbers in the multiplied millions of dollars.
• It is also almost certain   that there will be no quick exit from the island nation. There never   is.
• In other words, our military presence (dare I say occupation?) in   Haiti will doubtless last for years. At least, that's the way Latin   American and European countries see it. And they are probably right.
• Suffice   it to say that the United States military is now completely in charge   in Haiti.

• At   this point, it would be very enlightening for everyone to read Walter   Williams' column dated January 20, 2010, entitled "Haiti's Avoidable   Death Toll."

• In   short, Williams notes that the high death toll in Haiti is directly   related to the inferior political/economic philosophies of the Haitian   government.
• There is no economic liberty, which has relegated it to   being one of the world's poorest nations, with no opportunity to build   the kind of homes and businesses that can withstand natural disasters.
• Williams is right when he says, "President Barack Obama called   the quake 'especially cruel and incomprehensible.' He would be closer   to the truth if he had said that the Haitian political and economic   climate that make Haitians helpless in the face of natural disasters   are 'especially cruel and incomprehensible.'"
• Williams   also observes, "Corruption is rampant" in Haiti. Crime is,   likewise, ubiquitous in Haiti, with little real law enforcement.
• Private   property rights are nonexistent. Like many (if not most) third world   countries, people live in tyranny and bondage to insensitive, power-mad   strongmen who use up the country's resources for their own selfish purposes.
• Tyranny always impoverishes people; freedom enriches them.
• Williams   rightly concludes, "Haiti's disaster demands immediate Western   assistance but it's only the Haitian people who can relieve themselves   of the deeper tragedy of self-inflicted poverty." Amen.
• All   of that said, however, there are still several things bugging me about   the Haiti story.
• For   one thing, why was an earthquake of this magnitude not felt beyond Port-au-Prince?   (The only reports saying tremors were felt out of Haiti belong to US-controlled   sources.)
• All of the testimonies that I have read from people living   in the adjoining country of the Dominican Republic (which shares the   same island with Haiti) that were quoted by French, British, or Spanish   outlets universally say they felt nothing.
• If the foreign press is reporting   the story accurately, the devastation was almost exclusively contained   in and around Port-au-Prince. That is very strange to me. Even most   of the roads reportedly remained open after the quake.
• Another   oddity is the fact that this earthquake did not produce a tsunami.
• It   is being called "miraculous" that an earthquake measuring   7.0 on the Richter Scale did not produce a colossal tsunami, which would   have affected everyone in the region.
• Furthermore,   does the French government know something that we don't—but should?

• According to a report of the Global Analysis International Intelligence   (GAII), "Not coincidentally, Agence France-Press (AFP), which of   course is closely affiliated with French intelligence, filed a report   on 14th January which contained the following concluding sentence:

   

  "'On   Wednesday, Obama ordered a "swift, coordinated and aggressive effort   to save lives" in Haiti following the murderous quake, as a massive   US aid mission swung into action, using troops, naval forces, aircraft   and rescue teams.'

• "FACT:   An 'act of God,' or natural calamity, is NOT a 'murderous quake.'

   

  "The   use of the word MURDEROUS here implies that someone is doing the MURDERING."
• GAII   further speculates that the earthquake may have been the work of US   Black Ops, which "flattened the French embassy and many of its   officials, imploded the United Nations' own establishments in the Haitian   capital, and no doubt obliterated evidence of US Government and rogue   official drug-running complicity . . . channeled through the Haitian   capital for many years."

• Intelligence   reports are also circulating about the possible disruption of liens   and seizures of trillions of dollars by the international community   relative to past crimes committed by former Presidents George Bush I   and II, and Bill Clinton, which were being channeled through Haiti's   Central Bank.
• If   any of this is even remotely true, it is certainly more than convenient   that the Haitian capital was destroyed.
• This   particular part of the story is a real sore spot with me. And I know   if I broach this topic, many readers (especially my Christian brethren   who live under the delusion that the Bush family can do no wrong) will   refuse to believe anything I report and will even take their anger and   umbrage out on me. So be it.
• I   am personally convinced that certain members of the Bush and Clinton   families have been involved in the international smuggling of illicit   drugs for decades.

  • This is not news or a ground breaking revelation. Individuals have been reporting this for years. Some even lost their lives reporting and investigating this.

• I have spoken in confidence with those who were in   positions to know, and they have emphatically told me that both then-Arkansas   Governor Bill Clinton and then-President George H.W. Bush were complicit   in CIA-assisted drug running out of Mena, Arkansas.
• (You don't think   I would say this if I did not have absolute confidence in the integrity   and credibility of these sources, do you?
• Plus, why would they tell   me this at potential great harm to themselves, if it were not true?   And, no, I cannot divulge their names, for obvious reasons.)
• And there   is absolutely no reason to believe that similar operations are not ongoing.   In my opinion, it would be utterly naïve to think otherwise.
• After   all, it has been often reported that the CIA used Army Special Forces   troops to facilitate the smuggling of drugs out of Indochina during   the Vietnam War, has it not? Yes, it has.
• That rogue elements within   the US government would use war--or even earthquakes—as cover   and facilitation for illegal drug smuggling or money laundering would   not surprise me one bit.
• I   realize it is extremely difficult for many Americans to contemplate   that members of their own federal government could be evil enough to   be involved in anything such as is implied above.
• According to the thinking   of many Americans, evil people only live in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran,   or North Korea. And, of course, that is exactly what government propagandists   want us to believe.
• The   truth is, no country or people has a monopoly on sin. As the prophet   Jeremiah was inspired to say, "The heart is deceitful above all   things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9)   The Apostle Paul agreed. He told the Philippians, "We . . . have   no confidence in the flesh." (Philippians 3:3)
• Thomas   Jefferson said virtually the same thing when he said, "In questions   of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind   him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution."
• This   is why Jefferson and the rest of America's founders insisted that we   should be diligent to hold our civil magistrates accountable to the   limits and protections of the US Constitution.
• They well understood   the sentiments so wisely expressed by Lord Acton, "Power tends   to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost   always bad men." Christians, of all people, should understand this.
• So,   why are so many of us so quick to believe everything our government   and their toadies in the national media are telling us?
• Are we so naïve   as to believe that unregenerate politicians in Washington, D.C., are   incapable of the same evil acts of barbarity and savagery that might   be found in other parts of the world?
• Are sinners less sinful because   they happened to receive their fallen nature from American bloodlines?
• Am   I saying that Black Ops personnel manufactured the earthquake in Haiti—and   killed tens of thousands of people in the process—for the purpose   of hiding or facilitating illegal activity? No, I am not. How in the   world would I know it, even if it were true?
• What   I am saying is that, once again, for me, there are many things that   do not add up regarding what is going on in Haiti.
• The way the earthquake   behaved; the lack of related seismic and tsunamic activity usually associated   with earthquakes of this magnitude; the unprecedented involvement of   US military forces being used for "relief efforts" even as   commanders are desperate to fill combat theaters in Iraq and Afghanistan;   the occupation of another independent nation, which occurred at lightning   speed; the vast sums of US taxpayer dollars being expended; the devastation   done to key Haitian governmental and banking institutions—which   were known to be conduits for international financial disbursements—with   virtually no devastation experienced anywhere else; and intelligence   reports of surreptitious activity circulating all over Europe and Latin   America all add up to one big question, What's really going on in Haiti?
