Myall Creek Massacre
TRhe Myall Creek massacre was the first time that settlers had been hung or even found guilty of murdering aboriginal. This created a feeling toward aboriginals that led to more people being charged for their murders.
The NSW Aboriginal Justice Advisory Council is a government orgonisation that aims to reduce the racism that is sometimes present in the courts which leads to Aboriginals sometimes being given a over the top charge.
The Caledon Bay crisis was the first turning point toward reconciliation between the settlers and Aborigonals. If it hadnt have been for Donald Thomson the Aboriginals may have been wiped out many years ago.
Future Problem Solving
This is a site for one of the agreement in our present day culture that helps to protect aboriginal people in our justice system. It helps to remove racism and gives them the same chance that you or me would face in court.
