ProactiveNet, GroundWork, Big Brother and Zenoss among others. They found
solutions from the large vendors were pricey with recurring annual costs
and consultancy fees, and lacked the flexibility along with ease of
customization they needed. "After an exhaustive comparative analysis of
available solutions, we determined that Zenoss Enterprise was the only
