dynamic template that generates calendar pages.
To print: set parameters of start and end month, print all even pages (don't resize, or fit to page. Print multiple pages 2 to a page in portrait. This is just a straight print of even pages 2 to a page no resize). Then print all odd pages, reverse order, with the setting horizontal reverse. This will get the right months behind the right month. it's a pain, but now it works.
