Lots of information can be found on the description of the podcasts available and the information contained in the actual podcast. This would be useful in the classroom if you wanted to use some relevant information contained in one of the podcasts during a lesson.

This blog describes relevant teaching situations and more thoughts on what is going on and happening in the teaching community. This blog can be useful in teaching in that being up-to-date on current issues and goings on in the teaching community will always be useful knowledge to continue progressing and growing as a teacher.

Discovery education is a useful webpage for ideas on lesson plans for teachers and for information on topics used in the classroom. This would be useful in teaching in that there are times when a student may ask a question you don't readily know the answer to and this can be a good place to find it.

This is a useful website in keeping up to date with what is happening in the biology community containing recent discoveries and useful information. This is useful in the classroom in that it can hold children's interest in the subject of biology and show how important it is in today's society.

The website depicting the Oklahoma PASS standards we are to be following in most classrooms. This can be useful in that we will have readily available the information the children really need to know according to the Oklahoma standards.
