Animoto is a tool which can be used to create slideshows to which you can add a voice over.
eXe is an open source content authoring tool which works on both PCs and Macs. It has been developed in New Zealand and is free to download. It's reasonably straight forward to use and there are some helpful screencasts on the site which give you an overview of how to use the tool.

Ekpenso.com offers an online mindmapping tool. Create an account and you can start to create mindmaps online you can then very easily export these into word documents as xml, pdf, image of freemind files. You can keep your mindmaps private or make them public if you want to share them with colleagues. Neat little tool.
Cramberry lets you create sets of Flashcards. You can sign up for a free account and start creating sets of cards. Functionality which is in development includes the ability to print cards, share them with others and support for the iPhone and other mobile devices.
ScreenToaster is an online screencasting tool.
RObin Good gives an overview of Screentoaster an online toll which allows you to create screencasts and also embed webcam into your presentation.
