This little app is so cool, it's a little chat box that you put on your blog but when you use shoutout you aren't just chatting with people on the same site as you, you are chatting with everyone from all of the different sites that have shoutout on their sites. The home page says only 170 blogs are using shout out, I don't think that's alot at all and if more people knew about it more people would be using it.
Step by step instructions to making a website, this is lesson 4 (html tutorial) but when you get to the page you can navigate to what you want. The next best lesson is 13 http://www.html.net/tutorials/html/lesson13.asp teaches how to upload your content to website.

I want to start a nice blog or easy website but haven't gotten around to it so when I find some tools or info that I think will be useful I'm saving it here.
