I used this recipe but used 1 c. whole wheat flour instead of gluten free, no nutmeg, 1/8 c. shortening intead of olive oil, and in the future I would use at least half the stevia too sweet! but still good. Makes a small loaf (it only rises about half way-double next time)
I used 1/8 c. soy milk instead of dry milk powder and 1 c. water. I used shortening as mentioned in the recipe, and I used 1.5 T. agave for the honey. I put the salt with the wet ingredients and set it on whole wheat setting.
I made this without the glluten, 2 T reg milk, 1 T. honey, and 1 T. earth balance. I follwed the rest as stated except I put the salt with the wet ingrediants and made it in my breadmaker.
