A list of apps that can be downloaded to a USB drive-useful for students without necessary software at home. Also, many accessibility apps.
Another whiteboard app. No audio, but recorded note can be e-mailed for later reference. Also features lined and graphing backgrounds.
Prompter. Can be used in the classroom to assist ELLs in giving presentations. Can also be used for customized running records.
Annotate a PDF. Excellent for helping ELLs learn to annotate and take notes. Annotated document can be emailed to a student. Add pictures, notes, markups and shout outs to a PDF.
Change the iPad keyboard to another language. Good for web searches.
Allows students to speak into the iPad and produces text based on speech. Students who struggle with writing or have learned the language phonetically can write papers using this app and then e-mail it to themselves for editing. Can also be used for pronunciation practice.
