Forrester Esq. as its 5th Member of the board of directors.
In preparation for its anticipated entry into the capital markets, iFinix Corp has begun the process of strengthening its infrastructure and broadening its knowledge base by adding individuals with the experience and skill sets necessary to enhance the development of iFinix Capital. The company has added Mr. Forrester to its board of directors and also installed him in the position of managing director of iFinix capital.
Mr. Forrester holds the FINRA series 7,24, 63 licenses and is an accredited Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Charted Financial Consultant™ (ChFC®), Stevon brings with him an impressive background in the securities industry, having held the positions of director, and corporate vice president at UBS Financial Services Inc. Mr. Forrester also serves as a dispute resolution arbitrator for both FINRA and the NFA.
