The Creative Commons site includes a search engine to search images licensed with Creative Commons. It also features other photo sites that include CC images.

Flickr: Creative Commons
Search flickr for photos license with Creative Commons. Flickr has a creative commons search feature that lets you search all pictures licensed with a creative commons license. Be sure to give credit for every picture you use and also follow the rules for the particular license used.
The sites listed below this one are separate search engines that also search flickr for CC photos. I listed them here because they may give different result and therefore more choices. -

This search tool searches flickr for photos based on keywords. To find photos that can be used freely, make sure to click next to Creative Commons at the top until you see Creative Commons only. Then click directly on photo to be taken to the flickr page for the photo. Photo can then be downloaded for use.

SVCC Library subscribes to this online database of images. You can create folders of images and add notes to images in ARTstore for use by your students. -
