Landcom is proud to have developed a multi-award winning teaching program to help kids learn about sustainable development through urban design.
Developed with the NSW Department of Education and Curriculum Corporation, My Neighbourhood is an interactive computer-based program with lesson plans written to meet NSW syllabus requirements for Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4).
The program has been distributed to all Primary and K-12 schools in NSW and all the materials can also be downloaded here.
Ollie Saves the Planet is a web site for kids. It explores the 4R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rethink as they apply to the 5 action issues of Waste, Water, Energy, Air and Biodiversity. It's full of games, puzzles and loads of information and projects.
