A very easy way to set up a blog or podcast (just attach mp3 files). Now it could even be a conventional website by using the page feature. Post a new entry simply by emailing to post@posterous.com The body of the text is the content. The title is the post title. Attached files are integrated as part of the post eg images, videos and sound.
