Some nice options here. Lots of characters, human and otherwise. Also allows the creation of "custom" characters. The finished strip can be printed. You must register in order to publish your comics.

Create a 2, 3, or 4 panel comic. Has 15 characters, each with 4 different emotions. Very easy. Finished product can be e-mailed or printed. No saving unless you take a screen shot.
