Moodle/Joomla Wrapper

Joomla/Mambo has a content resource called a "Wrapper", which is an external web
page displayed within the center content frame. If you want to allow your
prospective students to view courses available in Moodle within Joomla, simply
have your developer create a wrapper resource page that points to your Moodle's
"Course categories" page, which does not require login to view (e.g. http://remote-learner.com/course/index.php?MoodleSession=fb66e1db44ea0897c5c73c125fd541a0
shows my demo site Course category page). Make sure that you offer suggestions
for clicking the blue ! (information) bubble on the right hand side that
describes each course, and within the course "Settings" area make sure to
complete your descriptions.

FireFTP (an extension of Firefox web browser), Smart FTP or File-Zilla
There are many others out there some are expensive and some are free.
