Adventure Maker (freeware) - Create games for Windows, PSP, iPhone, and iPod touch without writing a line of code
Excellent non-technical adventure game authoring software. The free version has extensive functionality. Full version is inexpensive. It would take many hours to learn the program, and many more to create an adventure game. But the potential is incredible.
Turns out you can publish AM games to the web, although with some loss of multimedia functionality. I'm wondering if perhaps Quandary would be a better solution for web-hosted educational sims that require multimedia. -
