These are the links I am going to share with my presentation which will include a website and blog that integrates all of these tools on one page. My blog has examples of some of the tools in use. I try them and see if there is any reason I would use them in my class. Many, I would not use.
However, Diigo is certainly a great resource and I have an educator account here all ready which I plan to use this Fall.
The more I use this website, the more interesting it becomes. I think that many educators do not have the time to try all of the tools out and thus, lose out and do not use them. There is too much reinventing the wheel! Duplication and replication and a waste of time.

This list will help the Blackboard participants with links that they may be interested in using. In addition, it will show them Diigo which I think is a great resource for our students and classes.
