good - My elementary students love this website! I use it for creative writing and require to choose a certain picture and include a certain number of text elements.
bad - might get in "trouble" with this one, but my district's webpage is difficult to navigate and find things that you need.
good - Another good pbs site that keeps track of your progress learning letters & sounds. With the recognizable graphics, kids enjoy playing games with their favorite pbs character.
good - Simple games for students incorporating a variety of topics. Although, I liked it more when there wasn't an ad asking for money.
bad - While I think it has fun "games", I don't get much learning as a whole from it. I don't think if i sent my kids to it, I would feel confident that they are all playing something that they are learning from. Also, I feel like it has way to many ads.
bad - While it looks like it would be good, ads fill each game at the top & bottom.
bad - It's labeled as "1000 Sites in One", but their is no organization and ads are everywhere. Not something I would want to go to if I needed something quickly
good - I use this when my students are first learning to control the mouse. I like that it doesn't have pictures to color in to promote creativity.
