Stage 1

Stage 2

-- Self-paced with a checklist that makes it clear what they need to accomplish and has set date-driven benchmarks for them to achieve.
-- Student watches podcast and does a worksheet at home.
-- Brings worksheet in the next day and the teacher grades it in front of them and discusses it with them to make sure they really understand it.
-- Small group demonstrations
-- Take a test. Must achieve an 85% or better to move on to the next module. If not, must retake until they get it.
