We started Aman's blog entry on anxiety and evasiveness: Is there a point? And then followed it to her "free" paper on you UP hiding in the shadow of your DOWN? It then gave you a 7-step method to discharge the down in favor of the UP. This is a good meditation. I think her psychology works, but everything else you need to pay for. :( Good feed of comments though after articles.

this is the website for Sidrin Institute which is for traumatic stress education and advocacy. We're disappointed that they do not have twitter or Facebook connections, but we will get back to it saved here on Diigo. my first impression is that most of what they offer is going to be at cost.
