Paper on how LMS/CMS systems do have built-in pedagogies that are fostered by the software itself.
Interesting article about the shifts inherent in the old and the new ways to interact on line. Good introduction with illustrations defining the context and then following with 22 laws of social economics. While this article has a business focus, I think much of it might also be applied to education.
