    You are so right to not trust IMS. I personally have entered into hell with this company, and I'm willing to pay any amount of money to NEVER use them again. They have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service, salespeople, and cannot run a business with any type of concern for their customer whatsoever. They are shady, dishonest, and disorganized. You cannot ever get 1 person who know what they are doing and htey will transfer you to anyone else just to get you out thier hair. I am speaking with a lawyer about my experience, so take it form me, don't even sign their evil contracts!!!!

    I agree a 100%, the risk department is rude and makes up their own rules, they forget we are making them money, thus their salaries. What is happenning to our country, there is no more quality of service, people get jobs without thinking of what "Customer Service" really means, they only care how much they get paid and how to work the least possible for that money that they are earning, then they cry went the companies go belly up.

    The best way to get to this business is pass the word around as much as possible, file a formal complaint with the federal trade commission and with ripoffreport.com
    Stay away from IMS, they don't have a clue on how to treat a customer. I've been in business for 15 years and I can proudly say that I still have 90% of the customers I had when I started, I'm a small business and love to keep it small.
