Suspected members of a vigilante group in Davao City struck again Wednesday by killing a suspected drug pusher.
Unidentified gunmen shot suspected drug pusher Jordan Noah who was last reported in serious condition at Davao Medical Center.
Authorities said Noah is the eighth shooting victim by a suspected vigilante group operating in the city.Regional Network Group
