Free Calling Features

These Calling Features are available with our Calling Plans at no extra cost:

  • BT Privacy at Home 
    Get more control over your incoming calls by registering you for the Telephone Preference Service to help stop unwanted sales calls. Privacy at Home also includes Caller Display so you can see the number of the person who's calling before you answer.

  • BT Answer 1571 voicemail 
    BT Answer 1571 is a great, easy to use voicemail service – just dial 1571 from your home phone to check your messages.

  • BT 1471 
    No need to sign up – just dial 1471 to find out the telephone number of the last person who called you (unless the number is withheld, unavailable or came from a switchboard extension number).

Caller display is an optional extra with BT landlines. Go for the Privacy At Home feature, which comes with free caller display (if you make at least 2 calls a month). You need to call 0800 121 8000 to order it.
