Forward Multiple Pages

Frequently after doing research on something, you have found relevant information on multiple pages. Instead of forwarding each annotated page one-by-one, you can forward multiple pages in one single email, which also makes it easier for the recipients. To accomplish this, after you have bookmarked or annotated the pages you want to forward, go to "My Bookmarks" on the Diigo website, and check those bookmarks, and then in the "More Actions" pull-down menu, select "FORWARD":

The email will look as follows:

Each webpage is shown as a link and all highlights (including pictures, tables of data, etc.) you marked on that webpage are nicely formatted and shown as bullet points. The recipient can first quickly scan through the highlights listed in the email and already get a very good idea of what the important key points you try to convey.

The recipient can then click into each link to see the whole page along with all your highlights and annotation. Best of all, you are not limited to sending Forward to only Diigo members, as Diigo toolbar is not required to see your annotated pages!

Personally we found this to be a great time-saver for quickly firing off research findings, snippets of information or just interesting tidbits to friends and associates, and exchange our viewpoints directly on the pages. Hope you discover its usefulness and love our FORWARD, too!
