TPT has a bunch of free resources that would be helpful during units where more supplemental worksheets are needed. There also is a lot of ideas of things to do during holidays which I think my students would like as an alternative to the free time choices through out the year.

Teachers Pay Teachers is a well-known website that has lesson plans and different printable resources for teachers in grades PreK-12. There are multiple printable resources in the subjects of arts, music, language arts, math, world language, math, science, social studies, special education, holiday and seasonal. I would use this website to get materials and lessons to teach my students.

This is an easy to navigate website for teachers to find teaching resources. You can look a lesson up and normally find something. The visuals are also great. The only "downfall" is that you will have to pay for many of the resources.

This site is full of ideas for lesson planning. Ideas for all ages and subjects. Some coast money, but there are many great ideas for cheap or free. This would be great to use for planning, especially for elementary education. You don't have to re-invent the wheel if someone else already invented it.
