ADP iPayStatements is available to Red Hat US associates. This tool will enable you to review your current and historical payroll information, 24/7, from virtually anywhere. ADP iPayStatements lets you view, save and print images of your pay statements and upcoming W-2's. It also offers Financial tools such as a Salary Paycheck Calculator and a 401(k) Calculator.
All you will need is Internet access (works with Mozilla Firefox) and an updated version of Adobe Reader or similar PDF Viewer.
To log into iPayStatements for the first time, you will need the following information:
Most recent pay statement.
Company Self Service Registration Passcode: RedHat-redhat (case sensitive)
Registration Website: http://ipay.adp.com
Attached instructions for registration
User ID for login (your first initial and last name@redhat without the .com)
Company Code: Reference your pay statement
File #: Reference your pay statement
Check #: Reference your pay statement

Once you are registered the following is the web site you will log into to view your pay statements: https://ipay.adp.com
ADP is committed to ensuring that your information is kept confidential. As soon as you log in, your connection to iPayStatements is secure. If you leave your computer unattended or you forget to log off before exiting the site, iPayStatements automatically logs you off after five minutes.
Once you are logged in, iPayStatements protects your information with SSL technology. SSL is used to encrypt your personal information such as your user ID, password, and salary and wage information. To further ensure your information is secure and confidential, you will need to do the following:
If you are logged into iPayStatements and need to walk away from your computer for any reason, click "Logoff" or lock your workstation. When you log off, your secure connection will be terminated. To view your information again, you will need to log on again (re-enter your user ID and password) to view your information.
Select a password that is difficult for others to guess.
Do not give your password to anyone. Do not save passwords on the web site or leave written notes with your password near your computer.
Please register as soon as you receive your first pay statement. If you do not register prior to the next payroll you will then need your pay statement for that period to get registered. Your pay statement information will be available thereafter on pay date.
