This is probably more common in bigger cities, and it is **way** too early to point fingers here, but this is really depressing. I know a few people who work over at 911 dispatch, and using them as examples I can say whoever the dispatcher who took this call is, they are most likely torn up inside. Just as I'm sure the victim's family and friends are outraged. This is bad, no matter how you look at it.
