Regeringsdokumenter, traktater m.v. gengives i fuld tekst. Der er overvægt på USAs historie og udenrigspolitiske forhold. Indeholder dog også mange verdenshistoriske kilder fra antikken til i dag. Der findes en god søgefunktion og en oversigt over kilderne. Desuden findes en avanceret funktion: Man kan lave "Text Comparison", dvs. sammenligning af to forskellige kilder ved at åbne dem i en ramme, f.eks. forskellige udkast til den amerikanske forfatning. Dokumentationen er alle steder meget grundig. Kan anvendes til arbejdet med originalkilder, f.eks. i samarbejde med engelsk.
