It's easy to say that technology is just a tool or that the technology needs to be invisible, but actually making that happen is harder than just saying it.
U Tech Tips: Excellent article that lays out how to have a successful 1:1 program. Clearly lay out its purpose, make that purpose known to all stake holders and provide PD to make it happen.
