Gabriela RegaladoStone, Andrea. "Fine arts are in survival mode as funds dry up." USA Today. USA Today, 02 Mar 2009. Web. 20 Jan 2012.
Andrea Stone, in the article "Fine Arts Are In Survival Mode As Funds Dry Up" (2009), explains the negative effects of reduced funds for the fine arts. The author writes in a semi-formal tone for fine arts supporters.
The article talks about several outcomes of extremely low funds for the fine arts in general. It also includes statistics that appeal to the logos side. This will be used as a supporting argument that not only in public schools are fine arts in danger.-
