This is a "how-to" website for embedding a video into Drupal. For me, it wasn't as easy to follow as the YouTube video (but I am a visual learner), but it does give a bit of interesting information on embed codes.
This article describes how you can correctly insert a video from a video sharing site into a Drupal article or post.
